An hour long of flowing, sweating and challenging your body, mind and breath. Our most popular class for yogis of all levels, this is our signature class. We will cultivate strength and alignment, while challenging our minds with movement linked breath to movement.
This yogi workout combines the power of yoga with the challenge of strength training. We will utilize different strength training moves throughout our vinyasa practice to increase our yoga posture knowledge. Get ready to sweat, laugh and dance in these fun classes!
It's time to slow down. Yin Yoga is a gentle and relaxing all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine and is suitable to all levels of students through extended holds of postures. We provide all props and bolsters for class.

In this 90 minute workshop, myofascial release/MFR meets Yin Yoga in a thoughtful and blissful way that will help to bring ease to overused and overworked muscles. Bound and tight fascia are often the culprits and at the root of pain in our bodies, especially as we age. Using specially designed MFR balls, we will roll out the body from foot to crown, front to back, sides and seams as we target traditional acupressure points through yoga shapes bringing freedom and mobility back to the body's tis
You will get to know the muscles surrounding your hips, understand the role of the hips in balance and core stability, and find new levels of ease and freedom in yoga asana. Join us as we explore the movement and anatomy of our hips. We will flow together, and then breakdown the most popular hip open postures that you see in class.

We have partnered with The Floathouse Petaluma to offer SUP (Stand Up Paddle board) Yoga on the Petaluma River! Meet us at the Petaluma turning basin (the dock next to Baskin Robbins & TAPs) for 90 minutes of paddle boarding and yoga. All levels are welcome, but we ask that you please know how to swim...although we hope to keep you dry! This experience includes both the instruction of paddle boarding, SUP yoga and the board rental. No outside boards are allowed at this time.
Instead of performing yoga poses on a mat, aerial yoga utilizes a silk hammock or sling that is suspended from the ceiling to perform those same movements. The purpose of the hammock is to provide support through your yoga flow, while also improving flexibility and range of motion. Aerial yoga, like many other body workouts, encourages your body to release happy hormones such as endorphins and serotonin, making you to feel more energetic during the day, and calm at night.
This is a full sensory experience for you mind, body and soul. Make sure to dress cozy and get ready for a journey into your body though sound.
This experience will begin with gentle movement to prepare the body for stillness and sound. The studio will be infused with the sound of gongs, chimes, waves, bells and bowls while you rest in a supportive position with lavender infused eye pillows and bathe in the vibration and bliss of it all.
Get grounded and reconnected to your body through the transformational power of breath work. You will be thoughtfully guided through a 90 minute experiential breath work journey by healing and breath work expert, Brittney Hatcher. This is unique and one of a kind experience is accompanied by music and supported through instruction, community and connection.
